Hingham Housing Plan
The Hingham Affordable Housing Trust finalized the Hingham Housing Plan in June 2021. The plan was prepared by Karen Sunnarborg, Consultant, with assistance from members of an interdisciplinary working group that included representatives of the Housing Trust, Select Board, Planning Board, and staff from the the Community Planning and Land Use and Development Departments.
The Housing Plan provides information on current demographic, economic, and housing characteristics and trends that identify unmet housing needs and articulate short- and longer- term strategies to address these needs.
