Exemption Amount: $500

Qualifications:

• Legally blind as of July 1, 2022
• Maximum Income: None
• Maximum Assets: None

All of the following documents must be submitted with your completed application:

• Massachusetts ID or birth certificate
• Certificate of Legal Blindness, from the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, as of July 1, 2022.
• If the property is held in trust, a copy of the trust document and a list of the beneficiaries must be supplied.
