Agenda

1.    Call meeting to order.

2.    Consider the following two motions before entering into Executive Session;

The first motion;

Move that the Board make a determination pursuant to G.L.c. 164, s. 47D that entering executive session for the purpose of discussing a facility support agreement with Eversource is necessary for protecting trade secrets, confidential, competitively sensitive or other proprietary information provided in the course of proceedings conducted pursuant to Chapter 164, as disclosure of discussions and documents related thereto will adversely affect HMLP's ability to conduct business in relation to other entities making, selling, or distributing electric power and energy pursuant to Chapter 164.

 The second motion;

Move that the Board enter executive session pursuant to the competitively sensitive exemption available to HMLP under G.L.c. 164, s. 47D, based on the determination made in the prior vote. The Board will not reconvene in Open Session after the Executive Session.

3.    Executive Session under M.G.L.c. 164, s. 47D for the purpose of discussing a facility support agreement with Eversource.

4.    Motion to Adjourn
