Elm Street from Main Street to Central Street and Water street will have a disruption of water service. Our crews are on site. Work should take 8 to 10 hours to repair. Residents in the surrounding areas may experience discoloration of water and fluctuation of water pressure. Please check your water prior to doing any laundry.
