Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 9 Parkview Drive to remove (1) 22” Silver Maple Tree.
