On Monday, March 18 at 6:30PM, the Hingham Planning Board is hosting a virtual public hearing on the proposed zoning articles to comply with the state’s MBTA Community Zoning law. This is the latest public hearing on the proposed zoning changes in 2024.
Both Zoning changes, Article GGG and Article LLL will be on the Annual Town Meeting warrant in April.
The Planning Board and Department encourage participation and questions about the MBTA communities law and Hingham's plan for its overlay zoning district.
