The number displayed is our toll free customer service number (1-877-253-6665) and this is not an issue with our system. Each carrier decides on their end what is potentially a SCAM or not. It order to avoid this message, and ensure you are staying informed, please save our notification number on your phone as a contact.
We recommend "WRWS Notify" or "WRWS CS"
