The Building Department will be transitioning to an updated online permitting system on January 29, 2024. The permitting system will be inactive on January 25 and 26 in order for the update to take place.
Also effective on January 29, 2024 the fees for Electrical, Plumbing and Gas permits have changed as voted on at the April 2023 Town Meeting. (Articles 20 and 21 in 2023 Town Meeting Warrant Articles)
