The Hingham Health Department encourages residents to participate in the Community Health Equity Survey.
The survey, part of the town’s Public Health Excellence Shared Services Grant Program, is being conducted by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health.
The Town of Hingham will use survey results to improve programs, make decisions about funding and resources, and support policies to improve health inequities. Survey results will also be used for statewide analyses of health needs.
The survey will be open through early Fall 2023; residents aged 14 and older may participate.
