Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 1 Juniper Road to remove (1) 8” Bradford Pear Tree.
