Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 18 Plymouth River Road to remove (1) 18” Silver Maple Tree.
