Annual Street Listing Census Has Arrived
Please review, update, sign and return to the Town Clerk. The forms may be dropped off in the Town Clerk Ballot/Census Drop Box located in front of Town Hall or may be returned by mail. This Census is required by MA law.
- Do read the instructions on the back or call if you have questions on the form.
- If a voter has moved, note it on the form and provide their new address/contact information.
- We can only remove a voter from the household, if the voter’s signature is provided. We see this a lot with post college-aged residents who have moved away from home to other cities/towns.
Failure to respond to the Census for two (2) consecutive years shall result in removal from the active voter list and may result in removal as a registered voter. This was the reason that many were deemed inactive in the recent Presidential Election and had to complete an affirmation of residency and provide a valid form of MA identification. Please avoid this extra step by completing and returning the 2025 Census.
