The Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new lead and copper rule revisions (LCRR) took effect on October 16, 2024.
As part of this new rule a letter (link below) is being sent to all properties that were classified as Partial Lead, Potential Lead-Lined Galvanized Iron, or Unknown-Material. The mailing includes an informational page regarding your classification, and will be mailed on or before November 15, 2024.
