The building perimeter walls are being framed, sheathed, and waterproofed, while the exterior CMU walls are near completion. The PERI system is being assembled which will enable the form work for the Post-tensioned beams/slab. Plumbing and Mechanical piping is currently underway on all floors. Much of the roof has been installed and reviewed by the commissioning team. Obtaining complete closure of the envelope is currently the goal.
