Notice of Shade Tree Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by a resident of the Town of Hingham residing at 13 Stoddard Road to remove (1) 18” Maple Tree.
