In other news:
The 2024 Annual Street Listing Census has arrived in your mailboxes. One change from last year is the inclusion of a School Census form for families with school-age children. We ask that you complete and return the Censuses in the next 10 days.
What do we use the Census information for? To provide proof of residence, to keep a voter status active, to compute veteran’s bonuses, to determine housing eligibility for the elderly and related benefits, to provide information to our public safety officers and general data for projecting school enrollment and for grant requests.
If your adult voting children have moved away, please be sure to obtain their signatures to remove them from future Censuses.
Note, the Commonwealth will be sending out 2024 Vote by Mail Applications to all registered voters in the next week. For more information, visit our Town Clerk News Flash page.
