The Weir River Wter System would like to norify resudents of an unforseen shut down on Downer Ave from the schol to Otis Street. Residents between the Foster School and Otis Street will experience a disruption in water service. Residents in the surrounding area may experience discolored water or fluctuations in water pressure. Crews are on site and repairs are anticipated to take 6 to 8 hours.
