Town of Hingham staff are working with local businesses and organizations and the public to increase awareness of and compliance with the state’s new guidelines. Please report any non-compliance issues you observe at Hingham businesses / organizations via our COVID Complaint Form.

Public Meetings

Public Meetings will be held in keeping with the Governor’s recent Open Meeting Law Executive Order. We are working with boards and committees to facilitate the conduct of public meetings remotely via conference call. Meeting agendas and minutes will continue to be posted in the Agenda Center on the Town website as usual.

Buoy Online Tool: Massachusetts residents can use the Buoy Health online tool to get advice from an online health assistant safely at home, for free.

Text Alerts: The new messaging tool called “AlertsMA” allows residents to subscribe to real-time text notifications about coronavirus by texting the keyword COVIDMA to 888-777.  

211 Hotline: You can also make a free and confidential call to the COVID-19 Informational and Referral Hotline 24/7 by dialing 211.
